Hello. I went to LBC to send my docs to CA-BON. They were asking me of the name of the person in BON or a phone number to be written on the pouch along with the BON address. what do i write?tnx

Magandang araw mga kababayan! i have all my documents here in my hands all i need to do is to mail it to California BON, but The Social Security number is bothering me so much, do i need to leave it blank?(since mahigpit na bilin ng Cali BON “NO SS # – NO PROCESSING) or fill it with my ss no.(Philippines)?

anu ba talagang ss no ang hinahanap ng BON sa california? SS ng pinas or SS ng america? kung sino man ang makakatulong thanx! please send your response to queg@ymail.com thanx!

Hello Goodmorning!

I would like to ask how to fill up the fingerprint card. Is it okay to use the whole word because I do not know what are the codes.
And regarding to the residence of the person fingerprinting what address should i use? US address or our address in the Phil?

Also could youhelp me construct a Letter of Explanation or give me tips on what should I say?
