No problem, thank you very much for supporting the site. I did take the NCSBN review it was okay. I mean if you are the type of person who have access online 24/7 then this is a good review. Because you really get to do it on your own pace. But don’t expect it to be lengthy in terms of explanation because as far as I can recall its really summarized. Basically, when you get in to this review it expects that you already have a strong foundation on nursing concepts which is what most reviews really are. hi. thank you very much for answering my questions.. uhm another thing po. so kelangan ko din pla po pla ipass ung nursing verification form ko sa school ko? so all in all, i need to submit 3 forms to my school, which is:
- Request for transcript form
- Breakdown of educational program for international nursing programs, (and lastly)
- Nursing program verification form
is that all? thanks po sobra. i also have a question regarding with the forms.
Yes all these forms will be submitted to the school.
BREAKDOWN OF EDUCATIONAL chuva.. : anu ung entrance date? un ba ung first day ko na pgpasok sa skul ko? i cannot recall the exact date. ang alam ko lang june 2004. would that be enough?
Yes that would be fine even without the exact date.
and correct me if im wrong. ung mga subjects na nklagay sa form (anatomy, microbio, ms, mga gnun, tpos my 3 empty blanks sa tabi), ung school na mismo mg fifill up nun dba?
Like mentioned above the school would be responsible to fill all these information out.
and also with the nursing program verification form, cla na lhat dba mgfifill up nun dba? (except for my personal info of course)
Yup you are right 
last, ung application form po. under dun sa PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, dun sa “CA nongraduates”, anu po ung ‘date nursng requirements completed’? un po ba ung graduation?
Yes that is your graduation date.
-mgsstart na po ko mgpass ng application dito sa CA, uhmm panu po un? pwde ko po ba ipasa na ung application form? khit wla pa ung tor (and the other documents from my school) ko? pinaprocess pa lang kc un sa pinas eh. pwde ko na ba iuna ung application? or much better na hntayin ko ung tor tpos sabay ko nalng ipasa lahat2?
You can send your completed application form, fingerprint card and fees to the CA BON already. There is no point of waiting for the school documents since it would be coming from the school anyways. Just make sure to follow up the school documents or else your application will not be processed without it.
-and sa anong envelope po ba dapat ilagay ung application form? ung brown one ba? if so, wat size po?
Yes a short brown envelope would be fine. If ever you accomplished a fingerprint card just make sure that it won’t be damaged or bent.
-and same goes with the forms na ipapadala ng skul sa CA BON. anung envelope po ba? dba po kasama din ung mga request form ko na binigay sa kanila? so basically issend nman nla ung mga request forms ko sa CA BON, along with the actual forms. (TOR, etc) and pwde po ba itiklop ung mga un?
Yes it is fine if they all fold it in one mailing envelope. To be sure have them sign the flap of the sealed envelope for security reasons.

Thanks ms joan!! may question pa po ako, is there any other way para hndi na ako magretake?? like endorsement sa ibang state na hindi nagrerequire ng SSN to issue permanent license?? pwede po kaya yun??
That is what most people do they endorse to another state. But that of course includes more expenses since you have to fulfill the requirements the state you are endorsing to.

I would like to share my experience to those who have this problem with CA SSN..My result will expire this Nov..2009 and thankfully to this blog from Pinoy RN info.. I was completely relieved because who might think that there is no hope with this matter… I am also a Pinoy RN who is frustrated with this retrogression and of course I’m stil waiting since my PD is Feb 2007 and since the cut of date for Philippines is May 2005 so, I really don’t know how fast will this processing move.. Anyway, Vermont will accept application eventhough, you are not yet here in US..( Application for those who have passed the NCLEX exam, but do not yet hold a license in a US state can apply ). Go to their website at http://www.vtprofessionals.org and you can find NCLEX RN passer endorsement application. So, I would suggest you have to do it fast especially to those who have all the requirements and to those who have NCLEX result soon to expire.I hope I have something to share to my fellow nurses.

I don`t think you have to do the exam again. Pag na approve ka sa Vermont BON they will give you a permanent license. As long as you are holding a US license, di ka na mag take ulit.If ever you want to move to another state, then all you have to do is the endorsement process. Every state has its own procedure so, do some research also.

i would like to ask kung magsasubmit pa ba ako ng mga credentials coming from the school kung gusto ko mag apply ng reciprocity sa vermont? nakapasa ako ng nclex nov.2007 state ng california, mag eexpire ang nclex by 2010.ano ang pwede ko gawin para hindi maexpire ang nclex ko? one thing na nakikita ko yung mag apply ng reciprocity sa vermont kaya lang, do i need to start over again from the start? yung may mga papafill up an sa school at mga requirements coming from the school ulit like transcript,rle breakdown? please help me. thank you so much.

To all nurses na gustong mag endorse sa Vermont..you have to visit their website at http://www.vtprofessionals.com nandoon na po ang lahat na explanations na kailangan sa endorsement process, you have to do everything as required and of course, you have to submit evrything from the start,

Hi ate joan. tanong ko lang. mgpapalive scan na ko eh. kaso ang gulo, di ko alam kung mgkano ba talaga mgpalive scan. mgkano ba talaga? kc ung rolling fee lets say 20$.. meron pa bang ibang babayaran bukod dun sa fee na un? or wala na? tnx po, tg hirap kc eh, wala kme pera. hehe. kaya kelangan ko talaga mapasa nclex. dito ako CA ngayon.

Hi there!
I just want to ask regarding NCLEX-RN pass endorsement to Vermont…there’s a portion in the application requiring us to submit a NCLEX-RN candidate report with photo..how am I going to submit since I only received a notification letter without the my photo?

Hello there! I have the same problem as other Cali passers have. I have a sponsor waiting for me right now at Arizona and they want to have the Cali BON endorsement to be processed BUT as we know, it is impossible to do it without the SSN or ITIN. Can somebody please advise me on what is the best way to do the endorsement to Arizona less frustrating…

may i ask po regarding sa endorsement ng california license sa vermont. nadownload ko na po ung nclex pass application, aside po ba sa application form, nclex pass letter with photo, local license and 150 dollars bank draft for fee ano pa po ba kailangan ko iaccomplish? Need ko pa po ba magapply online ng Credentials evaluation report? SA Dec 26, 2010 po maexpired California license ko. Please help po..
