Do I still have to accomplish the CT-NUR Document? Isn't it just the same with the CGFNS's CES Report? 2. Do I have to wait for the Board to make me eligible to take the exam before I can register to Pearson Vue? Or should I apply to the Board and register to Pearson at the same time?
